A note about our Android app: The Velora Android app does not independently collect, store, or process any personal data. All data collection takes place exclusively on our website when users choose to register. Payment Information — processed securely through Korapay; we do not store card details directly
Username — your chosen display name on the platform

We only collect data that is necessary to provide you with our services. We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

To process your one-time membership activation payment
To allocate your membership benefits and income streams

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party — ever.

The only situation where your data may be shared with a third party is with our payment processor, Korapay, solely for the purpose of completing your membership activation payment. Korapay operates under its own privacy policy and complies with Nigerian financial regulations.

We may also disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request from a Nigerian government authority.

In plain terms: Your data stays with us and our payment processor. Nobody else sees it, and we will never sell it.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your Velora membership is active.

If you close your account or request deletion, we will retain your data for up to 90 days after account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. This period allows us to resolve any outstanding issues or payment queries.

Payment transaction records may be kept for longer periods where required by Nigerian financial regulations.

As a Velora user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate information
Right to Deletion — request that we delete your personal data

To delete your account and data: Email streamafrica77@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email linked to your Velora account. Your data will be removed within 90 days.

Velora is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Our platform involves financial transactions, which are not appropriate for minors.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.
